This course provides a different activity each day for 7-days:
- Day 1-2 is about becoming more grounded and developing self-awareness.
- Day 3-4 reframing negative thoughts and developing positive emotions.
- Day 5-7 is focused on self-compassion, developing the mind-body connection and creating balance.
