Coaching Sessions
To get the most out of coaching it is worthwhile to:
- Determine what you want to get out of coaching. What is the 'big picture' goal or outcome you are looking for?
- If you know what communication strategies work best for you, feel free to share this information. Do you like straight talking? Do you prefer to a quiet, more reserved approach?
- Before each meeting, decide what you wish to bring to, or focus on in the session.
- After each meeting, commit time to reflection so you can decide what you need to do next e.g., Are there specific actions or follow up activities you need to complete?
