What you are going to learn
This course will help you develop insight regarding the impact of your behaviour on others.

You will complete a 2-hour online course, followed by a DISC Assessment and participate in a 1-1 debrief with Dr Margaret Potter (Professional Certified Coach).
Throughout this course you will explore:
  • The four primary behavioural tendencies and associated emotions.
  • Recognise your natural and adapted behavioural styles.
  • The Platinum Rule as key to effective communication.
  • Internal and external tension can affect your behaviour.
  • How to become more effective in your use of energy to influence and shape the behaviour of others.
