The DISC and Emotional Intelligence Package

This course bundles together two of our most popular courses on DISC Profiling and Emotionally Intellligent Leadership. This combination will help you develop greater insight and awareness on your strengths and weaknesses from an EI perspective and provide you with practical tips to help you engage with, motivate and manage others.

What you are going to learn
This DISC course will help you develop insight regarding the impact of your behaviour on others.

The EI course will  help you to identify what it means to become Emotionally Intelligent Leader.

You will complete a ~3-hours online learning and complete two validated assessments, one for DISC and one for EI. After completion of your assessments you will participate in a 1-1 debrief with Dr Margaret Potter (Professional Certified Coach).
In the DISC Profiling course you will explore:
  • The four primary behavioural tendencies and associated emotions.
  • Recognise your natural and adapted behavioural styles.
  • The Platinum Rule as key to effective communication.
  • Internal and external tension can affect your behaviour.
  • How to become more effective in your use of energy to influence and shape the behaviour of others.
In the Emotionally Intelligent Leader course you will explore:
  • The key attributes of a successful leader
  • Leadership styles
  • Assertion skills
  • Delegation
  • How to give effective feedback
  • Conflict resolution
  • Workplace culture and climate
  • Teamwork
